Frequently asked questions

Pricing & estimates
How do you determine pricing for your services?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, materials required, and the scope of the job. We provide transparent, upfront pricing before any work begins, so there are no surprises. Reach out to us to discuss specifics for your project.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Tell us about your project and we'll provide a clear, upfront quote. You approve the number before any work begins.

How do you take payment?

We'll go over payment options when we quote the job, so you know before we start. If you're an existing customer you can also view your history through the client portal.

Booking & scheduling
How do I get in contact with you?

If you’d like to get scheduled in with us, please fill out our request form. Once we’ve received the details of what you’re looking for, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps.

How soon can you get to me?

It depends on the week. We've scheduled customers the same evening when the calendar allowed it — call and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic rather than promising a slot we can't hold.

What information should I have ready?

Year, make and model if you know them, where the rig is parked, and a plain description of what it's doing. Photos help more than you'd think.

Service area & mobile work
What are your service areas?

We serve Pocatello and surrounding areas. To check if we service your location, reach out to our team and we’d be happy to assist you.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the RV in?

Both are options. Most electrical, plumbing, appliance and hitch work is done at your site. Larger structural jobs are usually easier in the shop — we'll tell you which one your job needs.

The work itself
What should I do before you arrive?

Clear access to whatever needs working on, make sure we can get to the rig, and if it's an intermittent fault, note when it happens. That's usually the fastest route to a diagnosis.

What does a pre-purchase inspection cover?

Roof and seals, moisture readings at the common failure points, walls and floor for delamination, all electrical and plumbing systems, every appliance on both propane and shore power, plus tires, bearings, brakes and frame — with a written report ranked by urgency.

Will you tell me if a repair isn't worth doing?

Yes. On an older rig we'll lay out what it costs and what it buys you, and let you decide. We'd rather lose the job than sell you something you don't need.

Still got a question?

We'd genuinely rather talk it through than have you guess. Call, or send the form and we'll get back to you.
